At WSST, we understand that discretion matters. That’s why every order is shipped in **plain, unbranded packaging** with no logos, no product names, and no external markings that reveal the contents.

What to expect:

- Plain outer box or envelope — No company name or branding on the outside.
- Neutral return address — Displays only general shipping information, no brand reference.
- No product details outside — Nothing on the package indicates it contains adult products.
- Discreet billing — Your credit card or PayPal statement will show a neutral, non-descriptive name.

Who will handle your package?
Your order will be delivered by standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with no special handling indicators. Only you will know what’s inside.

Need more privacy?  
If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., "leave behind the side gate"), you can add them at checkout. For any additional privacy concerns, our customer support team is here to help.

Important note:  
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot ship adult products in gift wrap or decorative packaging. However, we guarantee that no one — including neighbors, family members, or delivery drivers — will be able to identify the contents from the outside of the package.
